ANNUAL RIVERFRONT RUN SEEKS RACE SPONSORS

WE NEED YOUR SUPPPORT!

The Riverfront Children's Center will host the 2010 Riverfront Run, our fourth annual 5K-plus Road Race and Family Fun Run, on Saturday, May 15. Please join us as an individual or business sponsor and help support a community event that is the only scheduled Annual Road Race within the Groton City. The Riverfront Run is a USATF Certified, 3.425 mile, loop course that begins and ends at Groton City’s Eastern Point Beach and follows a scenic route through the Eastern Point area.

Jan 30, 2010 12:53 PM - Presenting Sponsors with donations of $500 and over have their company logo featured on event t-shirts, and Supporting Sponsors, with donations under $500 have their company name in print in the shirts. In addition, all sponsors and donors receive recognition in printed materials and publicity, and are invited include promotional items or materials in bags given to each registered runner. All donations to Riverfront are tax deductible.

The Riverfront Children's Center provides high quality, NAEYC accredited childcare and early education to children of working families who would otherwise be unable to afford it, and has been serving children and families in Southeastern Connecticut for over twenty-five years. All proceeds of the Riverfront Run benefit Riverfront's Tuition Assistance Program, which provides need based, Center awarded scholarships to some of Riverfront's most at-risk children.
